Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is hiring a Manager/Deputy Manager for the Ticketing System & Governance (Operations). You will lead system ownership and governance for the Transit Ticketing System, coordinating with technology partners, operators and internal teams to enhance the commuter experience.

You will oversee system delivery, governance, incident management and continuity planning, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance while driving end‑to‑end improvements

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analyst or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have at least 3 years of proven experience in analysing requirements, managing customer experience and maintaining system operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, situational awareness and vendor management skills are essential.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior management through clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives and oversee enhancement deliveries for the Transit Ticketing System to improve commuter experience.
• Collaborate with technology partners, operators, vendors and internal teams to translate commuter needs into workable solutions.
• Manage the enhancement request process and seek approvals based on commuter experience, feasibility and financial impact.
• Provide sign‑off on User Acceptance Test (UAT) reviews and ensure defect handling before deployment.
• Plan deployment strategies, cut‑over, rollback and post‑deployment monitoring to minimise service disruption.
• Strengthen system governance by managing contracts, audits, and compliance actions.
