Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a policy-driven project professional to shape the ticketing services charging framework, ensuring transparency and cost effectiveness while engaging stakeholders across the transit ecosystem.

You will lead a team to monitor costs, manage contracts with operators and service providers, analyze data for commuter-focused insights, and drive projects to support new payment modes and improved operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management and/or policy.
• Conceptualise and operationalise policies.
• Communicate effectively and present to management.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders with confidence.

This role sits within the Ticketing Strategy and Projects Division, where you will play an active part in shaping the ticketing services charging framework for transparency and cost effectiveness. You will contribute to the development of long‑term ticketing policies and strategies, while engaging a broad range of stakeholders across the transit ecosystem.
