Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Manage the onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a seamless transition
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the organization, and implement training and development programs to upskill employees
Requirements
  • Minimum years of experience in a talent management or human resources role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
