Job description
Responsibilities

1. Strategic Deployment Management

  • Oversee end-to-end PayCube terminal deployment projects, from planning through execution.
  • Develop and implement standardized installation protocols, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Optimize deployment workflows to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor junior deployment staff on installation protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill the team on PayCube systems and emerging technologies.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.

3. Technical Governance

  • Act as the escalation point for complex hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure all deployments comply with PCI-DSS and internal security standards.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to provide actionable field feedback for product improvements.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for enterprise merchant deployments and key accounts.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners, vendors, and third-party contractors.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business & Enterprise, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze deployment metrics (success rates, turnaround times, issue trends).
  • Prepare executive-level reports on deployment progress and challenges.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
