Job summary

A well-established construction company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle tender submissions and cost estimates. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in tender preparation and contract administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive monthly salary up to $5000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction field.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and related documentation is required.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Tender Manager for comprehensive tender submissions.
• Review and interpret tender documents to identify project requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors for tender-related queries.
