Job summary

CapitaLand Commercial Management Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced Customer Experience professional to join the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Centre Manager. You will engage with tenants, oversee onboarding, and ensure high-standard service delivery across building experiences.

Responsibilities include facilitating tenant meetings, managing service recovery, monitoring feedback, and helping to foster a vibrant tenant community.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years working experience relating to customer service/concierge.
• Prior working experience in airlines or hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with tenants and their representatives regarding experiences during their tenancy.
• Execute onboarding, prospecting and service feedback processes to maintain service standards.
• Monitor and respond to tenant feedback and queries in a timely manner.
• Manage service recovery when tenants are inconvenienced, e.g. lift breakdowns.
• Provide lobby presence to greet and assist tenants and visitors.
