Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment handovers (check-in/check-out) with tenants.
• Communicate and resolve issues between landlords, tenants, and vendors.
• Follow up promptly on repairs, maintenance, and client queries.
• Possibly manage the property management team based on experience.
