Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Property Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our commercial properties in Singapore. You will ensure service quality, tenant satisfaction, and oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance.

You will assist in budget management, coordinate contractors, and lead on-site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of property care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility, property, or operations management.
• FSM certification with at least 3 years of practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of assigned commercial properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas (common areas, public walkways, external facades).
• Ensure high standards of maintenance for both interior and exterior of buildings.
