Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field; service-related is a bonus.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• A good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate warm and welcoming check-in, especially on weekends.
• Assist Coveys with general issues to improve stay.
• Act as liaison for maintenance between Coveys and departments/contractors.
• Handle and resolve flatmate conflicts and related issues.
• Address grievances using available channels.
• Assist in planning and executing community events.
• Liaise with property owner or representative when needed.
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and Coveys.
