Job summary

CapitaLand in Singapore seeks a Leasing professional to drive commercial leasing strategies and workspace solutions for its portfolio. You will collaborate with brokers, research, marketing, finance and coordinators to ensure leasing success in a fast-paced market.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, plus strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build effective tenant relationships and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Candidates who are real estate salesperson (RES) registered with the Council for Estate Agencies will be favorably considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation skills and collaboration skills.
• Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player.
• Sound understanding of the real estate.

Responsibilities

• Attend to leasing enquiries and work with Leasing team to provide workspace solutions for consideration by prospects.
• Engage tenants together with Leasing team to understand and formulate workspace solutioning for tenants and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Support leasing managers with leasing related activities including formulating, developing, and implementing leasing strategies; customizing marketing materials; managing deal transactions; tenancy matters and reporting.
• Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents; provide monthly and quarterly reporting to stakeholders, budgeting and forecasting for leasing income.

Job Description

Part of Commercial leasing team based in Singapore responsible for leasing activities; formulating and executing leasing strategies for commercial properties within the Company’s portfolio. Support the Leasing team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment which requires partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance and coordinators to help in the overall success of the leasing strategies. Role provides exposure to all aspects of the business in an excelling market with high visibility and the opportunity to be an integral part of the dynamic Commercial Leasing team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to leasing enquiries received and work with Leasing team to provide work space solutions for consideration by prospects.
• Engage tenants together with Leasing team to understand and formulate workspace solutioning for tenants and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Support leasing managers with leasing related activities below which include but not limited to:
  • Formulate, develop, and implement leasing strategies
  • Customize marketing materials
  • Manage deal transactions
  • Attend to tenancy-related matters and work with relevant department to resolve and address tenant concern.
  • Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to stakeholders, yearly budgeting, forecast with respect to income arising from Leasing activities.
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

Candidates who are real estate salesperson (RES) registered with the Council for Estate Agencies will be favorably considered.

Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation skills and collaboration skills.

Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player.

Sound understanding of the real estate.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
