Job Summary
The Temenos Triple A (Arrangement Architecture – AA) Consultant specializes in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Temenos AA-based banking products. The role focuses on configuring product models, lifecycle events, pricing, and accounting structures within Temenos Transact (T24), ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Temenos Triple A (AA) product models for retail, corporate, and Islamic banking products.
- Define and maintain product parameters including conditions, properties, activities, and lifecycle events.
- Configure interest, charges, fees, penalties, and accounting rules using AA framework.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into AA configurations.
- Support end-to-end implementation including SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot AA-related issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with Temenos technical teams for custom development and integrations where required.
- Support data migration, product versioning, and system upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain functional and configuration documentation (FSDs, product setup documents).
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Triple A (AA) framework.
- In-depth understanding of Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system.
- Expertise in AA concepts such as:
- Product Classes and Arrangements
- Activities, Conditions, Properties
- Interest, Charges, and Fee calculation
- Lifecycle management and events
- Good understanding of banking products such as Loans, Deposits, CASA, Term Deposits, and Overdrafts.
- Experience working with Temenos tools including Browser, Versions, and Templates.
- Basic knowledge of jBC / TAFC for supporting AA configurations (added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Temenos AA / Triple A certification is highly preferred.
- 4–12 years of relevant experience (depending on seniority).
- Experience in core banking transformation or upgrade projects.
- Exposure to Temenos Payments, Limits, Collateral, or Securities modules.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience with regional or international banking implementations.
