Job Scope & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new leads and promoting our catering services to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include:

· Cold Calling & Outreach: Contact prospective clients from our database to establish connections with decision-makers such as event coordinators, HR representatives, or staff welfare officers.

· Service Introduction: Professionally introduce Liang Yuan Catering’s services and highlight our unique offerings, including special privileges tailored for corporate partners.

· Email Follow-Up: Send invitation emails, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective clients to encourage engagement.

· Database Management: Update and maintain an accurate client database by recording correct contact details and decision-makers.

· Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent follow-up communication.

Requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to corporate professionals.

· Prior telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
