Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing them to our services, and booking consultations for our specialists.

This is a remote role requiring approximately 2 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists to generate interest in our services
• Clearly and empathetically explain our holistic health services to help clients understand their benefits
• Schedule appointments for consultations to support client engagement and clinic operations
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions to ensure reliable follow-up and reporting
• Achieve weekly and monthly appointment and conversion targets to contribute to clinic growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service to effectively engage and convert clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential clients
• Empathetic and patient approach to comfortably discuss health and wellness topics with sensitivity
