Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required or preferred.
• 2 years of related experience is preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills in English and local market language.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good listening skills and empathetic communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Responds and addresses customers' problems in a timely manner using the support system.
• Maintains high-quality, engaging, and empathetic 1:1 discussions with customers and troubleshoots issues.
• Uses proprietary and external tools to identify and resolve inquiries.
• Provides feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Understands the project backend operations to support customers effectively.
• Continuously expands technical knowledge to better assist customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support quality management at TDCX.
