Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is hiring for a customer support role. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The position requires a Diploma and fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work across multiple systems.

Salary comprises a monthly basic plus incentives up to S$200, with a 5-day workweek and training period. Commencement is November 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to multitask.
