Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field required (or equivalent).
• Preference for 2+ years in related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written English; good communication across markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough support and follow-up at every stage of the customer relations process.
• Handle inquiries across media channels (phone, email, website, web chat, social).
• Respond to general information requests, quotes, and campaign facilities.
• Qualify and handle incoming complaints; ensure agents provide needed assistance.
• Conduct outbound calls when campaigns allow, with prior notice to TDCX.
• Convert direct and indirect traffic into sales with high-quality service.
• Perform other duties to support Quality Management System improvements.
