Qualifications

• Needs at least a Diploma or higher; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; local market language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources and procedures to improve workflows.
• Deliver services to ensure highest customer satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to maintain the Quality Management System.
