Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly using our support system.
• Engage with customers in high-quality, empathetic 1:1 discussions and troubleshoot when needed.
• Use proprietary and external tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, and guidelines.
• Understand project backend operations and expand technical knowledge.
• Assist in continual improvement of the quality management system.
