Formación

• Diploma or higher required; 2 years experience preferred but fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer problems promptly using our support system.
• Engage customers in high-quality, empathetic 1:1 discussions and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize tools to identify and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, procedures, and guidelines.
• Understand project backend operations and improve technical knowledge over time.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support Quality Management.
