Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree required or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience preferred, fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers, plus good phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflows.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality management at TDCX.
