Job summary

You will collaborate with product teams and internal departments, own campaigns to meet client objectives, and contribute to the growth of our clients through best-in-class education and support. Fresh grads welcome; Diploma or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field (or degree in related field).
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing best-in-class customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Partner with different departments to assist better for customers.
• Own all aspects of talent brand campaigns to ensure client objectives are met and ROI proven through insights.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools.
• Support customer communication and education to deliver best-in-class experiences.
