Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of shore-based experience as Technical Superintendent or sailing experience as Chief Engineer on oil/chemical and gas tankers.
  • Strong knowledge of tanker operations, marine engineering systems, PMS and international regulations.
  • Experience with dry docking, major repairs and budget management.

As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective technical management of assigned vessels. This includes ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, oil major requirements, and company standards. The role supports onboard teams in maintaining vessel integrity, managing repairs, and overseeing dry‑docking activities, while prioritizing safety, environmental protection, and operational reliability.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent; Class 1 marine Engineer Certificate is preferred
