Job summary

A prominent engineering service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle technical support and project management tasks. The role requires close interaction with customers and consultants while managing project documentation. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of HVAC sales experience will be preferred. Competitive salary of UP$3000-$4000 plus additional benefits is offered. This position allows for a Monday to Friday schedule from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of field industrial sales experience in HVAC is advantageous.
• Experience with digital/cloud and IoT solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out application responsibilities such as creating project management opportunities, on-site verification of warranty claims, spot measurement of EC Fans and digital solutions, on-site supervision of digital/retrofit projects
• Handle all customer queries on technical matters such as Intelligate Mesh, IoT, Digital/Cloud, Modbus RTU, FanScout, etc
• Manage and create documentation (Risk Assessment, MOS, Scheduling, Permit to Work) for all project works on site and off site
• Responsible for all technical support activities, particularly Digital Solutions in assigned areas including implementing smart ventilation solutions
• Work closely with devices sent to cloud via MQTT and work on-site for setup and linkage
• Work closely with consultants, main contractors and key project account holders during implementation.
• Manage, service and grow existing customers by providing service well

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
• 2-3 years of field industrial sales experience will be advantageous, especially in HVAC
