Technical Sales Operations Associate
Ensure adherence to established customer service processes and support the continuous improvement of CES service standards and operational procedures.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of the marketing plan, ensuring alignment with market trends and organisational objectives.
Develop and implement marketing strategies including a strong web and social media presence.
Contribute to the creation of sales strategies by providing insights on products, markets, and customer needs, supporting the Business Development team in targeting opportunities effectively.
Conduct research and outreach to prospective agents and end users, generating leads and arranging appointments for Business Development personnel.
Respond to product and service enquiries, providing accurate and timely information to clients and partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and agents, ensuring consistent engagement and positive customer experience.
Create, update, and manage sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Coordinate marketing schedules and activities, working with sales colleagues, suppliers, media contacts, and external partners to execute strategies across appropriate channels.
Collaborate with partner’s marketing teams, ensuring all sales and marketing content remains current and communicating relevant local insights or issues.
Prepare and present regular performance and activity reports for management, highlighting progress, issues, and growth opportunities.
Organise and participate in trade shows, customer visits, and other promotional events, representing the company in a professional and engaging manner.
Follow and promote company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all operational activities.
Carry out other duties consistent with the purpose and scope of the role, and aligned with its level and responsibilities.
Preferably Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business related, or relevant qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
