Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business development and sales growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies; stay updated on local regulations and market trends.
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate third-party equipment and engineering services markets.
  • Negotiate and manage sales contracts with fair and mutually beneficial terms.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to contract delivery and scope.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and business development objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. (Technical background is an added advantage.)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or service sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report writing.
