Join Our Team as an Technical Operations Executive - Aerospace Industry!

Are you proactive, IT-savvy, and eager to grow in the aerospace field? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Changi South!

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with customers and our operations team via phone and email.
• Prepare work orders, quotations, and collection/delivery notes accurately and on time.
• Keep client portals updated promptly.
• Generate ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports for clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Comfortable using computers and MS Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Good command of English.

What We Offer:

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (based on experience & qualifications)
