Job description
Role Overview

To assist in technical investigations in of fault calls and regularly review the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for property in the aviation sector. He / She should be a competent problem solver on the ground, possessing strong technical knowledge in building and M&E maintenance and ability to liaise with service providers to ensure maintenance or repair works are carried out timely.

Role Responsibilities
  • Review preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and regulations.
  • Lead technical investigations in response to fault calls.
  • Review documentation on procedure schedules of maintenance works.
  • Track inventory levels of spare parts, consumables and non-consumable items.
  • Prepare technical reports and/or monthly reports where required.
  • Conduct risk assessments in accordance to regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
  • Initiate and track all purchase requisitions and closing of work orders, including the preparation of costing for all proposed works to supervisors for approval and liaison with client reps.
  • Liaise with term and ad-hoc contractors for all appointed works and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for approval and work executions, including reporting work progress and completion.
  • Report to the Engineer and appointed reporting supervisor for any ad-hoc work matters.
