Qualifications

• 1-3 years in HVAC, BMS, CRAC or building systems technical support is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant project exposure.
• Understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed technical proposals and tender documentation.
• Conduct site surveys, gather data, and perform technical evaluations for system design.
• Execute system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Generate incident analysis reports and maintain compliance trackers.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM tools

Interpersonal skills

Proactive in diagnosing technical issues

Education

Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
