(UTR!) − is a national movement which aims to raise the levels of Singapore football, build strong support systems to nurture our next generation of talents and rally the nation behind the shared dream. It is a long‑term, whole‑of‑society effort covering grassroots development, elite youth pathways, infrastructure as well as community and fan engagement.

Job Description

As Team Lead, Strategic Partnerships, you will anchor UTR!’s strategic partnerships with international, regional and local football‑related stakeholders that are crucial to advance the national movement’s strategic priorities.

You will play a key role in supporting UTR!’s collaboration and coordination with the Football Association of Singapore (FAS), working closely with FAS counterparts from council members, senior management and functional leads to ensure a strong partnership with FAS in the development of Singapore football.

Through FAS, this role will enable critical collaborations with key international football ecosystem stakeholders such as FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association), AFC (Asian Football Confederation), and AFF (ASEAN Football Federation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
    Lead strategic engagements with FAS and key football stakeholders locally and internationally. Build and maintain trusted relationships to advance shared objectives.
  • International Relations:
    Work through FAS to develop collaborations with global and regional football organisations (FIFA, AFC, AFF, international clubs etc) that support Singapore’s football ecosystem. Track and assess football ecosystem developments and opportunities.
  • Strategic Engagement:
    Support UTR! senior leadership in top‑level stakeholder engagement strategies and represent UTR! in key partnership platforms and vents.
  • League Transformation:
    Partner with FAS and local clubs to support the implementation of the strategies to transform the Singapore Premier League (SPL) and the Women’s Premier League (WPL), ensuring effective implementation and progress.
  • Secretariat Management:
    Oversee the end‑to‑end management of secretariat duties related to key external meetings.
Requirements

Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, partnerships, or strategic relations − ideally within sports or football ecosystems. Public sector experience is advantageous.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
