Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning through personalised study plans, ensuring consistent academic progress.
• Guide students in daily goal-setting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Supervise assessments, review academic work, and provide feedback that encourages independence and self-discipline.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with institutional and EduTrust requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic performance and personal growth.
• Support school events, student enrichment activities, and community service initiatives.
• Contribute to continual improvement by participating in staff development and internal review exercises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in student mentoring, classroom management, or personalised learning is advantageous.
