Job Summary

To deliver high-quality Cambridge International AS & A Level curriculum, ensuring rigorous academic standards, effective pedagogy, and strong student outcomes aligned with the school’s mission and Singapore’s international education expectations. JD: Design and Plan Curriculum

Responsibilities

• Design, plan engaging, student-centered lessons for AS & A Level following CAIE syllabus guidelines.
• Prepare annual, term-wise and weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Use a wide range of instructional strategies, including inquiry-based learning and differentiated instruction.
• Ensure timely coverage of syllabus and thorough exam preparation, including past papers.
• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the Cambridge AS & A Level syllabus.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional materials that meet CAIE standards.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Integrate inquiry-based, learner-centric, and skills-focused teaching methodologies.
• Ensure effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
