Qualifications

• Ideally around 5–7 years’ experience in tanker operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured and able to stay on top of multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable working across time zones when required.
• IMOS experience is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and coordination of vessel movements.
• Port calls, documentation and agency management.
• Bunker planning, ordering and follow-up.
• Compliance with contract terms (TC, spot and COA).
• Operational reporting, IMOS updates and data accuracy.
• Supporting demurrage, claims and cost control.
