Job description

We are looking for a meticulous, proactive and people-oriented Talent Development Coordinator to support the roll-out of our talent mobility and learning & development frameworks. You will work closely with HR, cybersecurity teams and employees to ensure smooth program execution across various initiatives.

What You Will Do
Program Coordination & Support
  • Assist in rolling out talent mobility and L&D frameworks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for cybersecurity staff on development opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs (scheduling, invites, materials preparation).
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain systems tracking competencies, certifications, and employee progress.
  • Compile data and support the preparation of reports and dashboards.
  • Create basic data visualisations using Excel or Tableau (training provided if required).
Content & Communications
  • Assist in creating and curating learning materials.
  • Draft internal communications to promote participation in L&D programs.
  • Gather participant feedback for program improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Prepare materials for meetings, reviews and presentations.
  • Collaborate smoothly with HR and cybersecurity teams.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, HR coordination, or Talent Development roles.
  • Strong organisation skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys working with people.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with LMS or data visualisation tools (Tableau) is a plus.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn.
