• Finding and attracting qualified candidates, including passive talent, through various recruitment channels.
• Providing a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Interviewing candidates, reviewing applications, and selecting individuals who meet job standards and align with company values.
• Managing the process of integrating new hires into the company.
• Using data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Ensuring all hiring practices comply with relevant policies and regulations

Requirement:

• Min Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced MNC manufacturing environment with Experience in Talent Acquisition.
