Job Description
Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. As a brand ambassador, you will represent our company to potential candidates, showcasing our culture and values. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with leaders to develop talent strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. This position is open to candidates who have full work eligibility in either Singapore or Tokyo. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC, this is an exciting opportunity to join a highly performing TA team, supporting recruitment needs across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Execution of Sourcing & Recruiting Strategy
  • Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions and develop Talent Acquisition action plans.
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a robust pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity.
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across the portfolio.
  • Use social networking and online tools to proactively source and communicate with passive talent.
  • Identify, plan, and attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with talent.
  • Offer out of the box solutions to talent strategies.
  • Keep up to date with new recruiting methods.
Partnership & Relationship Management
  • Build strong consultative relationships with HR Partners and Business Leaders in order to understand business priorities and anticipate staffing needs.
  • Develop robust partnerships with Early Career Programs and Inclusion.
  • Leverage high level communications skills with hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle to provide information on the recruitment marketplace, gain a better understanding of talent pool and to set realistic expectations.
  • Demonstrate a consultative style, providing relevant metrics and industry trends to develop creative solutions for hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth recruiting process by using communication skills to manage expectations and provide process updates.
Project Management & Mentorship
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition Events, inclusive of large conferences, onsite networking events, and more.
  • Participate in project teams involved in process improvement, culture and communication, development and more.
Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in a search firm or corporate recruiting environment or related industry position with responsibilities of acquiring talent. In‑house recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English to communicate effectively with stakeholders across international offices, particularly with Japanese‑speaking stakeholders in the Japan office, where language fluency is essential for driving effective partnership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or SAP.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and articulate hiring strategy for complex business groups.
  • Possess a wide range of experience on current corporate recruiting policies, practices, and industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • Strong knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong follow‑up skills and ability to interact with hiring leaders of all levels.

This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
