A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a talented acquisition specialist to design and drive their recruitment strategy across Southeast Asia. The role involves building partnerships with universities and creating pathways for interns to become full-time employees. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and a passion for innovation in a high-growth environment.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will design and drive the firm’s recruitment strategy. This is a regional role based in Singapore, with an initial focus on Southeast Asia and a growing remit as the company opens new offices globally. Some high-priority tasks include:
You should possess 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior exposure to robotics, automation, or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous though not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone excited to build a talent function in a high-growth environment and eager to bring fresh ideas to how recruitment and internships are designed!
