A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive knowledge in sales hiring across the APJ region. The successful candidate will lead recruitment strategies for high-impact sales roles, manage relationships with senior business leaders, and mentor a team of recruiters. Candidates should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder management, along with a data-driven approach to hiring. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered advantageous.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager with a strong background in sales and go‑to‑market hiring across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. In this role, you will lead recruitment strategies for high‑impact sales positions, manage stakeholder relationships with senior business leaders, and mentor a team of recruiters/sourcers. You will play a critical role in building high‑performing sales teams that drive business growth in diverse APJ markets.
Strategic Talent Partnering: Work closely with Sales leadership (Enterprise, SMB, Channel, Alliances, Pre‑Sales) to understand workforce planning, growth goals, and talent needs across APJ.
Sales Hiring Expertise: Lead the recruitment of quota‑carrying sales professionals, pre‑sales engineers, and go‑to‑market specialists across multiple APJ countries.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery against hiring goals while driving best practices in candidate experience and stakeholder management.
Sourcing Strategy: Oversee proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and building strong sales talent pipelines across APJ markets.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing hiring insights, influencing decisions, and ensuring alignment between talent and business goals.
Process Excellence: Drive consistent recruitment processes, data‑driven decision making, and adoption of ATS/CRM best practices.
Market Insights: Provide talent intelligence and market analysis to inform business decisions (compensation trends, competitor movements, talent availability).
Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and HR teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives focused on sales professionals in APJ.
Diversity Hiring: Champion diversity and inclusion in sales hiring strategies across the region.
15+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years of experience in managing teams in the APJ region.
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and quota‑carrying sales roles.
Strong track record of stakeholder management with senior leaders across multiple APJ countries.
Prior experience in leading/managing a team of recruiters and sourcers.
Deep understanding of the APJ talent market, hiring practices, and cultural nuances.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, or another APJ language is an advantage.
Strong data‑driven approach, with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
