Job summary

Dada Consultants is hiring for an HR professional to support an Infrastructure team with talent needs across the region. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, plus engagement and HR operations to ensure a strong employee experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage sourcing strategies, and support an efficient HR lifecycle while adapting to a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• More than 1 year of HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
• Experience in the internet, telecommunications or other IT domains is a plus.
• Strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to multitask and manage projects.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for people, culture and employee experience.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinker with a solution-oriented approach and a growth mindset.

About the team

Our client is a leading regional technology group. Its Infrastructure team provides end-to-end managed services and solutions for the Group’s entire internet infrastructure, spanning data centres, connectivity, cloud, networking, systems, storage and security, and runs the business applications that internal teams rely on.

The role

As part of the HR team, you will support the Infrastructure team’s talent needs, employee experience and operational excellence across the region. Your main focus will be recruitment, alongside a smaller HR component covering engagement and HR operations.

What you'll do

End-to-end recruitment

• Partner with Infrastructure hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and contract administration
• Build effective sourcing strategies and a steady talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Work with local HR counterparts across regions to deliver headcount plans accurately and on time

Engagement and employee experience

• Plan and run engagement initiatives such as team bonding activities, townhalls and recognition events
• Create EDMs and internal communication materials to build awareness and alignment
• Organise learning and development activities, including workshops, learning materials and sharing sessions

HR operations and employee lifecycle

• Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions and exits
• Act as the first point of contact for Infrastructure employees on HR queries and policies
• Support process improvements, AI-driven automation initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects
