Pan Company Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for the IT Infrastructure team in Singapore, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and drive the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

The role also oversees HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions and exits, and drives engagement through townhalls, events and learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university and more than one year of HR working experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
• Experience in Internet, Telecommunications or Technology sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrates ownership, structured thinking, multitasking and project management skills, plus strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passionate about people and culture, adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, with critical thinking and a growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the IT Infrastructure team, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offers.
• Coordinate offers, negotiation and contract administration while building talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with regional HR counterparts to execute headcount plans and align with business needs.
• Drive employee engagement and experience through team bonding activities, townhalls, recognition events, internal communications and learning initiatives.
