Job summary

INVENTIVO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across technology and infrastructure roles.

You will manage recruitment from understanding hiring needs through to offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a positive, timely experience. Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or related role.
• Agency recruitment or in-house TA experience is welcome.
• Experience hiring for technology, infrastructure or IT-related positions is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interview skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring timelines.
• Develop sourcing plans using job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals and databases.
• Recruit for technology and infrastructure roles across IT, systems and networks, cloud and cybersecurity.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
• Support salary discussions, offer preparation and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in ATS or internal tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide a professional and responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Share recruitment insights and market feedback with stakeholders.

We arelooking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across technologyand infrastructure roles. You will manage recruitment from understanding hiringneeds through to offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers andcandidates to deliver a positive, timely experience.

Wewelcome applicants with experience in either a recruitment agency or anin-house talent acquisition team.

Keyresponsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring timelines.
• Develop sourcing plans to identify candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases and other channels.
• Recruit for technology and infrastructure roles, such as IT support and operations, systems and network engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre and project-based positions.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and keep hiring managers updated on progress.
• Support salary discussions, offer preparation and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the applicant tracking system or other internal tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a professional and responsive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment activity and share relevant hiring insights, including sourcing challenges and market feedback.

Requirements
