Job summary

Pan Company Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for the IT Infrastructure team in Singapore. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while building a strong talent pipeline and collaborating with regional HR partners on headcount plans.

The role also covers HR operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and employee experience initiatives, requiring ownership, multitasking, and project management while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year HR experience with focus on talent acquisition.
• Experience in Internet/Telecommunications/Technology sectors advantageous.
• Singaporean or PR status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure team.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate offers and administer contracts; build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with regional HR counterparts on headcount plans and onboarding.
• Support HR operations, onboarding, transitions, and exits; handle queries.
