The candidate will manage end-to-end TA activities, develop project plans, schedule interviews, and support offers using SuccessFactors, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires in the IT outsourcing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years in IT Outsourcing Services in Singapore.

Responsibilities

The incumbent needs to have dynamic organizational skills, and effective communication to enable him/her to play a key role in ensuring Talent Acquisition process are managed professionally and efficiently. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from HR, Talent acquisition, IT delivery teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
• Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking across all platforms
• Filtering candidates for the assigned roles with TA SPOC
• Stakeholder management of client stakeholders, predominantly Internal Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers.
• Preparing and scheduling candidates and business & clients for interview.
• Supporting TA in offer process on system input - SuccessFactors and Offer Letter from central team
