Pan Company Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for the IT Infrastructure team in Singapore. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while building a strong talent pipeline and collaborating with regional HR partners on headcount plans.

The role also covers HR operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and employee experience initiatives, requiring ownership, multitasking, and project management while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year HR experience with focus on talent acquisition.
• Experience in Internet/Telecommunications/Technology sectors advantageous.
• Singaporean or PR status preferred.

The role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the IT Infrastructure team, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and contract administration, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with regional HR counterparts to execute headcount plans. It also drives employee engagement and experience through team bonding activities, townhalls, recognition events, internal communications and learning and development initiatives, including workshops and sharing sessions.

The role oversees HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, employee transitions and exits. It serves as the first point of contact for Infrastructure employees on HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include supporting process improvements, AI-driven automation initiatives, ad-hoc HR projects and cross-functional assignments to enhance operational efficiency and alignment.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and more than one year of HR working experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition. Experience in the Internet, Telecommunications or Technology sectors is advantageous. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, structured thinking, multitasking and project management skills, alongside good interpersonal and communication abilities. They should be passionate about people and culture, adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, and possess critical thinking, a solution-oriented approach and a growth mindset.
