Job description

Contract: 1 year contract (Renewable/ Convertible)

Salary range: $3500 - $5000 + Performance Bonus

Working location: Ang Mo Kio + Client sites

Working days and time: Mon – Fri (8:30am-6pm)

Job Descriptions

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineers to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform system and database setup, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical or design-related issues
• Provide IT infrastructure support, including setup and maintenance of Microsoft OS, Windows servers, and related systems
• Carry out basic network configuration, including switch setup, IP address assignment, and connectivity testing for all project network devices
• Handle installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues to ensure smooth system performance and stability

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of system-related experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, servers, networking, and databases (MS SQL)
• Experienced in system setup, integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, and IT infrastructure support
• Skilled in database clustering, backup/recovery, and data security
• Familiar with system and architecture design and able to prepare technical documentation
• Hands-on with infrastructure services (AD, NMS, MFA/2FA, Antivirus, Patch Management, etc.)
• Added advantage: experience in VAPT tools, software development, access control systems, and redundancy technologies
