Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a skilled System Engineer in Singapore to handle Microsoft 365 services administration, including Exchange and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a Managed Services environment and strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. You will manage server OS and Active Directory alongside device compliance policies. This position requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Description

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and on-prem: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
• Windows server OS administration, Active Directory administration and migration
• Microsoft Exchange Server, SCCM and WSUS
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM): Device compliance policies, configuration profiles, apps deployment

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Proven experience working in a Managed Services / MSP environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience with SaaS / email migrations
• Familiar with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (deployment or support experience preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management
• Good understanding of Entra ID
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
