Job summary

A leading bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to market Managed Investment and DPM solutions. The role requires over 10 years of relevant experience in marketing to U/HNW and institutional clients, with an emphasis on collaboration with stakeholders for driving assets under management sales. A strong background in investment markets and effective communication skills are essential. A relevant degree and CFA or CAIA is preferred for this exciting opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in asset management, portfolio management, or securities trading is an advantage.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with PBTPC Front Office (RMs and Investment Counsellors), CIO Office, and other stakeholders to market DPM and Managed Investment (MI) solutions managed under the CIO and DPM offices
  • Engage Front Office to meet with end clients to position and market DPM and other in-house solutions
  • Drive DPM & other in-house solutions AUM growth and sales
  • Conduct presentation and training on DPM to both internal and external clients or stakeholders
  • Liaise with CIO/DPM Communications Team on preparation of DPM proposals, marketing collaterals, announcements and other presentation deck
  • Handle preparation of DPM standard and bespoke proposals, as and when required
  • Co-ordinate with Portfolio Managers on the preparation of proposals, particularly bespoke materials, and presentation materials required for ad-hoc client presentations
  • Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders and provide guidance on all DPM marketing related queries
  • Posses entrepreneurial spirit to be able to drive business in collaboration with other BU through a 1-Bank approach.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing Managed Investment solutions to U/HNW and institutional clients
  • Some asset management, portfolio management, portfolio advisory or securities trading experience will be added advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of the investment market, equities, bonds, mutual funds and private asset funds
  • Ability to articulate investment strategy and solutions in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
  • Team player with a highly motivated and driven personality to be able to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive AUM sales
  • A recognised relevant degree in finance, accountancy, or business; a CFA or CAIA will be an added advantage
  • Ability to travel on business trips as and when required
