  • Implement process improvement initiatives.

Job description
Position: Survey Support Officer

Salary: $3,500 – $3,800

Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable by another 6 months)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Working Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions and payments with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage daily budget operations and budget audit matters
  • Budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and assist in project funding request writeups to provide valuable insights for business decisions
  • Procurement of goods and services, which involves sourcing suppliers on the government procurement portal (i.e. GeBIZ), preparing quotations, invitations to quote or purchase orders, liaising with contractors and vendors, and managing contracts
  • Process improvement initiatives (system-related and budget evaluation)
