Boeing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to be based in Singapore. The Supply Chain Analyst will be an integral member of the Boeing Global Services Commercial Execution Team. Provides oversight and management of supplyanddemand,schedules,supplierquality,deliveryandfinancialperformance.Interpretsandenforcescontracttermsand conditions.Managesrepairswithexternalcustomersbypricingrepairs,expeditingrepairstocompletion,andsupporting customers with any inquiries.

Position Responsibilities
  • Engagesstakeholderstoensurethatprogram,customer,productandin-servicestrategiesareintegratedintosourceselection,negotiationandcontractingstrategies.
  • Preparesandexecutesnegotiatedcontractualdocumentsandbindingagreements.
  • Managesperformanceandrelationshiptoensuredelivery,quality,financialstability,andin-serviceperformance.
  • Mitigatesrisksandissues.
  • Initiatessupplierimprovementactivitiesandprovidesresultsforintegrationintocontractingstrategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. These selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Singapore.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement.
  • Experience in Customer Support and Account Management.
  • Experience with Supplier Management and Order Management.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • At least 2 to 4 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
  • 4+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.
