Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance activities (STC), ensuring full adherence to import/export regulations and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requirements across the Southeast Asia region.
• Manage and analyze supply chain data to produce insightful, up-to-date reports that support operational improvements.
• Design and maintain visual dashboards for effective management reporting and performance tracking.
• Drive supply chain initiatives at ESP to ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and full regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all departmental regulations, processes, and workflows are regularly reviewed and updated in line with policy and regulatory changes.
• Conduct training and internal audits to reinforce compliance and operational standards.

Key Contributions

• Maintain full compliance with trade regulations and chemical controls, achieving zero compliance incidents.
• Develop and implement customized BI dashboards and reports to improve supply chain data visibility and strategic decision-making.
• Identify areas for improvement through data-driven analysis and lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure timely follow-through and successful completion of assigned projects.
• Oversee the continuous alignment of SCM processes and workflows with current business and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver SEC-defined compliance training programs and facilitate STC/BCP audits in collaboration with regional ESC teams.
• Implement tailored internal control procedures to support corporate governance and risk management.
