Job description

Job Summary

• Lead trade compliance (STC), import/export regulatory matters, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) determination across the SEA region.
• Organize, maintain, and analyze supply chain data to deliver timely and meaningful reports and insights that drive improvement actions.
• Support management reporting through clear and effective data visualization dashboards.
• Provide project leadership for the supply chain function at ESP, ensuring a cost-effective, high-quality, and business-compliant operation.
• Ensure all departmental regulations, processes, and workflows are kept up to date, including conducting relevant training and audits

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure full compliance with trade regulations and chemical status requirements to achieve zero compliance incidents.
• Develop customized reports and dashboards using BI tools to enhance supply chain data visibility.
• Identify, propose, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and trend insights.
• Ensure assigned projects are effectively tracked, completed on time, and delivered smoothly.
• Maintain up-to-date SCM regulations, processes, and workflows.
• Establish, implement, and deliver SEC-defined corporate compliance training, and facilitate STC/BCP audit processes in collaboration with regional ESC management to strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
